Irish born William Robinson was the inspiration behind
this very distinctive and traditional garden treasure.
“A garden designed to
fit the place,” has been executed to perfection and is open to the public.
A nursery open to the public, has been designed in
sympathy with the garden and is stocked with a wealth
of cottage garden plants.
A horticultural and arboricultural consultancy is provided by Maurice Parkinson who is one of the province's leading horticulturalists and former Director of Parks with Belfast City Council.
An extensive range of illustrated
talks, demonstrations and workshops can be provided by Joy and
Maurice.
